Career Ready 101 is a transformative course offered by the Chain Breakers Project. An empowering class that equips participants with the essential soft skills needed to succeed in today’s competitive workforce. Over the course of two weeks, students will learn the importance of punctuality, professional dress codes, resume writing, and how to effectively follow workplace rules. The program emphasizes the development of a driven mindset—teaching participants how to stay motivated, set goals, and take initiative in their careers. Upon successful completion, students are awarded a certificate, validating their commitment and readiness to enter the workforce with the skills and confidence they need to excel.

Adulting is a dynamic one-week course offered by the Chain Breakers Project designed to help individuals confidently navigate the real-world responsibilities of adulthood. This course breaks down essential life skills that many were never formally taught—covering topics like budgeting, time management, meal planning, basic household maintenance, understanding credit, and more. Through engaging lessons and practical activities, participants learn how to take control of their lives, make informed decisions, and step into adulthood with confidence and clarity. Whether you’re transitioning from school, reentering society, or simply ready to level up, Adulting equips you with the tools to thrive, not just survive.

Exploring a Trade is a hands-on, 3-hour workshop offered by the Chain Breakers Project designed to introduce participants to the world of skilled trades and ignite interest in viable, high-demand career paths. This immersive experience provides a practical overview of fields like plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, HVAC, and automotive repair, highlighting the value of craftsmanship, discipline, and economic independence. Participants will engage in interactive demonstrations, hear from seasoned professionals, and learn the steps to pursue certifications or apprenticeships. Whether you’re curious about working with your hands or seeking a fresh start, this workshop is your gateway to building a future grounded in skill, purpose, and opportunity.

These include Mental Wellness workshops that address stress, trauma, and emotional resilience; Parenting classes that foster healthy family dynamics and effective communication; Credit education sessions that demystify financial literacy and help participants rebuild or establish strong credit foundations; and Mediation and Conflict Resolution training to cultivate peace-building skills in personal and professional settings.
